Inspired by the book Unreasonable Hospitality, this hands-on, small-group class will help you:
Create a clear, mapped-out client journey—from inquiry to delivery
Stand out with intentional service and surprise moments

Confidently deliver an experience worth remembering
Taught live by Firehouse founder Kala Adair, you’ll join a small cohort of 4 local photographers for weekly guided sessions full of discussion, insight, and practical activities.
Classes will take place each Tuesday from 11 am to noon, starting May 27th and ending July 1st.
